Inheritance in Java


Inheritance is one of the key concept in the object oriented programming language.

Inheritance is a technique of creating a new class from an existing class by inheriting all the features of the existing class and adding additional feature of its own.This will helps is to reused the function which are declare in another class.so,we can say that The process of creating a new class from existing class is known as Inheritance.The existing class that is being inherited is called the base class that the new class inherit the functionality is called the drive class.A base class can also be known as a parent class and super class .A drived class can also be known as child class and sub class.
